PRT for Art and Craft at The Indian School in New Delhi
Teach Art and Craft to students in Class I to V at The Indian School, a reputed institution in New Delhi. This role involves designing and executing creative projects, fostering artistic skills, and engaging students through hands-on activities. You will develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards while adapting methods to diverse learning abilities.
Prepare and deliver engaging art lessons covering themes like textiles, pottery, painting, and craft techniques. Collaborate with the Art department to integrate creative projects across subjects, ensuring students develop both technical skills and critical thinking. Maintain a safe, inspiring workspace and assist in organizing school events like art exhibitions or workshops.
Hold a graduate degree with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in Art and Craft. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with TET/CTET certification preferred. Experience in working with young learners and a passion for innovative teaching methods are essential.
