About This Role
Maxfort School is looking for a dedicated Badminton Coach to lead the school’s sports program in Model Town, North Delhi. The role is crucial for developing students’ athletic skills, discipline, and team spirit through structured training sessions. The coach will oversee the daily sports curriculum and ensure participation in inter-school tournaments.
What You Will Do
Plan and conduct daily badminton coaching sessions for students aged 8 to 18.
Organize practice matches and drills to improve technique and stamina.
Monitor student progress and maintain records of performance and attendance.
Coordinate with school administration to schedule matches and sports events.
Ensure equipment like racquets and shuttlecocks is well-maintained and available.
Collaborate with other coaches to integrate fitness and sports science into training.
Represent Maxfort School in local and regional badminton competitions.
Promote sportsmanship and values like teamwork and perseverance among students.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching badminton at school or club level.
Familiarity with NIS or SAI training methodologies is an advantage.
Good to Have
Experience in handling school-level sports teams.
Knowledge of sports psychology and injury prevention techniques.
Any certification in sports coaching from a reputed institute.
