4. Oversee the maintenance of art studios, storage areas, and display spaces, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment.
5. Collaborate with local artists, cultural organizations, and parents to enrich the school’s artistic community and secure sponsorships.
6. Prepare monthly reports on program outcomes, attendance, and resource usage for senior management.
7. Train and mentor junior staff and volunteers in art techniques, safety protocols, and project management.
Qualification
A graduate degree is required, with a strong background in art, design, or a related field. The candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role within an educational or cultural setting. Knowledge of project management and budgeting is essential.
Salary
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.35,000.
