7. Prepare reports for the school board on program outcomes and resource needs.
8. Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging staff to contribute ideas for creative programming.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in any field; B.Ed/D.El.Ed required for teaching positions, not applicable here.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role within a school or cultural organization.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage a small team.
- Familiarity with local cultural events in Rajkot and surrounding areas is an advantage.
