- Coordinate with teachers and department heads to curate collection development plans that reflect the curriculum and extracurricular interests of students.

- Maintain the library’s digital catalogue, manage subscriptions to e‑resources and ensure seamless access for all users.
- Prepare periodic reports on library usage, budget utilisation and resource impact for school management.
- Lead initiatives for information literacy, guiding students on research skills, citation practices and responsible use of information.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree from a recognised university is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a school or institutional library. Familiarity with library management software and basic computer skills are required. While TET/CTET are not mandatory for this non‑teaching role, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is considered advantageous. Strong communication, organisational and leadership abilities are a must.
