Develop and maintain records of student participation, performance metrics, and attendance in sports programs.
Ensure all sports equipment is properly stored, maintained, and available for use, with regular inspections for safety.
Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to promote sports as a key part of the curriculum, aligning with educational goals.
Represent Patanjali School at local sports events, representing the institution with professionalism and team spirit.
Train and mentor younger staff members in sports administration and basic coaching techniques.
Maintain open communication with parents and students regarding sports achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
For this role, a graduate degree with at least two years of relevant experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education is essential. A strong background in organizing events, team leadership, and physical fitness programs is highly valued.
