Role Summary
We seek a highly qualified and experienced PGT Economics Teacher to join our faculty at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 92 Gurugram. As a key member of our Economics Department, you will be responsible for teaching Economics to students from class 11 to 12.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess Economics lessons to classes 11 and 12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum frameworks
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of Economics programs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in extracurricular activities related to Economics, such as clubs and competitions
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field from a recognized university
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Economics at the senior secondary level
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
