Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute annual theatre curriculum, including scriptwriting, acting, and stagecraft workshops for students.
2. Lead and mentor student-led productions, ensuring artistic vision aligns with educational goals and community engagement.
3. Collaborate with school administration to promote theatre as a core extracurricular, securing partnerships with local arts organizations if needed.
4. Manage budget and logistics for productions, including venue coordination, costume, and props procurement.
5. Represent Suncity School at regional and national cultural festivals, showcasing student talent and fostering industry connections.
6. Maintain records of student participation, attendance, and performance evaluations for reporting and program assessment.
A graduate with a passion for theatre and three years of experience in arts administration or creative leadership is ideal. Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to inspire young performers are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with opportunities to shape Suncity School’s creative legacy.
