5. Coordinate with school management to ensure sports facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
6. Encourage teamwork and discipline among students through structured coaching methods.
7. Represent Motilal Nehru Public School in regional and state-level sports events.
8. Submit monthly reports on team performance and training outcomes to the school administration.
Who Can Apply
Candidates should be graduates with a minimum of 2 years of basketball coaching experience. While B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not mandatory for this non-teaching role, prior experience in school sports coaching is preferred. Basic computer proficiency is required for maintaining records and communication.
