PGT Music Teacher Position at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan in Jind
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan seeks a dedicated PGT Music Teacher to lead the school’s music curriculum in Jind. This role involves shaping young minds through hands-on music education, fostering creativity, and ensuring students develop a strong foundation in vocal, instrumental, and theoretical aspects of music.
The teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school syllabi, covering topics like music theory, composition, and performance techniques. Daily classroom instruction will include live demonstrations, group activities, and individual feedback to enhance students’ skills. Collaborating with the school’s arts department, the PGT will also organize school-wide music events, such as concerts and cultural fests, to showcase student talent and promote a vibrant musical culture.
Teaching responsibilities also include assessing student progress through practical evaluations, quizzes, and performance assessments while maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The PGT will ensure all teaching materials are up-to-date, engaging, and tailored to meet diverse student needs.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of relevant teaching experience is required. A postgraduate qualification in music is preferred, though not mandatory. The ideal candidate will hold a TET/CTET certificate for better classroom credibility.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000, with the opportunity to work in Jind, Haryana.
