PGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Lumina World School in Jind
Lumina World School seeks a dedicated PGT Physical Education Teacher to lead dynamic sports programs and foster a healthy, active learning environment for students. This role involves designing and implementing engaging PE curricula, supervising extracurricular sports, and ensuring students develop physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. Your expertise will shape young minds through structured games, sports science principles, and motivational coaching.
Core responsibilities include planning and teaching PE classes covering athletics, gymnastics, swimming, and team sports. You’ll organize school events like sports days, inter-house competitions, and fitness challenges, while also mentoring student athletes. Regularly assessing student progress and adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs is essential.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience in Physical Education is mandatory. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of sports rules, safety protocols, and modern fitness techniques will be highly valued.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Jind, Haryana, and applications are welcome from qualified candidates interested in shaping young athletes’ futures.
