Shooting Coach Job in Jind, Haryana | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement. Dbk International School, Narwana, Jind is looking for a qualified Shooting Coach to lead its shooting sports program. The role involves training students in rifle and pistol disciplines, managing equipment, and organizing inter-school competitions.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct daily shooting practice sessions for students aged 12 to 18 in Narwana and nearby areas of Jind.
2. Plan and execute Shooting Coach Recruitment in Haryana for talent identification across local schools.
3. Maintain safety protocols and ensure all firearms and accessories are stored and handled as per CBSE and NRAI guidelines.
4. Organize Shooting Coach Vacancy in Jind for camps and trials to scout new talent for Dbk International School.
5. Coordinate with school administration to integrate shooting sports into the annual sports calendar.
6. Track student progress and submit performance reports to the Sports Coordinator every month.
7. Represent Dbk International School in state-level shooting tournaments held in Haryana.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shooting Coach or Assistant Coach in a school or sports academy. Basic computer proficiency for maintaining attendance, score sheets, and equipment logs.
Preferred Skills
Certification in NRAI Level 1 or higher coaching license. Experience in managing air rifle/pistol ranges. Familiarity with CBSE sports guidelines and Haryana State Sports Council protocols.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 based on experience and performance. Health insurance coverage for self. Access to school transport during tournament seasons. Free meals during working hours.
