Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct skating sessions for students and staff, focusing on skill development and sportsmanship.
2. Organize and manage inter-school skating competitions, encouraging participation and teamwork.
3. Maintain the skating arena, ensuring its safety and cleanliness.
4. Collaborate with the school's physical education department to integrate skating into the curriculum.
5. Develop and implement a skating program for students with special needs.
6. Recruit and manage a team of skating coaches and volunteers.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports to the school administration on the skating program's progress and achievements.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive skating culture, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork among students.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field are preferred. A B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification is not required for this non-teaching administrative/leadership role. Proficiency in computers and basic software applications is expected.
Preferred Skills
Domain-specific skills, including experience in coaching skating, sports management, and event organization, are highly desirable. Knowledge of school administration and leadership principles is also beneficial.
