Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with 2 years of sports management experience in schools.
Good to Have: State-level player background or district-level coaching certification.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to motivate students and parent volunteers.
Excellent communication to brief management and parents.
Organizational ability to handle multiple tournaments and logistics.

Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month.
