What You Will Do
As a Sports Teacher at Motilal Nehru Public School, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overseeing the organization and execution of sports events, tournaments, and competitions.
- Managing and supervising sports staff, including coaches, trainers, and other support staff.
- Developing and implementing sports policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintaining sports equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinating with external agencies, teams, and officials for sports events.
- Developing and implementing sports programs for students, including training sessions and camps.
- Collaborating with school administrators to ensure the overall sports program aligns with school goals and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of sports activities, events, and student participation.
- Providing support and guidance to students, parents, and staff on sports-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sports administration or management. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
