Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective tennis coaching programs for students of all skill levels.
2. Conduct regular tennis training sessions and tournaments.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
5. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to plan and execute sports events.
6. Develop and manage the tennis team's schedule and logistics.
7. Promote the school's tennis program through marketing and recruitment efforts.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this Tennis Coach position, you must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field (such as sports management or physical education). Experience in coaching tennis and working with children is essential. While a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not a requirement for this role, proficiency in computer applications (such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite) is necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in tennis.
- Strong knowledge of tennis techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with school administration and policies.
