NTT English Teacher Job in Mahendragarh, Haryana | School Recruitment

This is a hands-on English Teacher Job in Mahendragarh where you will handle NTT classes for children aged 3 to 6. You will be responsible for building their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through stories, phonics, and simple conversations. What you will actually do
Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans using flashcards, picture books, and rhymes.
Conduct phonics drills and introduce basic sight words every week.
Organize circle time for storytelling and encourage children to speak in simple sentences.
Maintain classroom discipline while keeping the environment lively and interactive.
Track each child’s progress through anecdotal notes and share feedback with parents.
Prepare monthly progress reports for the school management.
Attend weekly team meetings with other NTT teachers to align teaching methods.
Participate in school events like annual day functions or sports day where English activities are planned.
Who can do this job
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET or CTET is not mandatory but preferred. One year of experience in pre-primary teaching is required.
What you need to bring
Fluency in spoken English and clear pronunciation.
Patience to handle young learners and their energy levels.
Creativity to design simple teaching aids from locally available materials.
Willingness to work closely with parents during admission and PTM cycles.
Basic computer skills for recording attendance and preparing reports.
