NTT English Teacher – Ro Mool Chand Sr. Sec. School, Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Haryana
Ro Mool Chand Sr. Sec. School is looking for a full‑time NTT English Teacher to join its faculty in Narnaul, Mahendragarh. The role involves delivering the English curriculum to secondary students and supporting their overall language development.
Teaching
- Conduct engaging English classes for classes IX‑XII, following the prescribed NCERT syllabus.
- Use interactive methods, audio‑visual aids and group activities to improve reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Planning
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and handouts in alignment with the school’s academic calendar.
- Incorporate continuous assessment tools and remedial strategies to address varied learner needs.
Assessment
- Design and administer weekly quizzes, unit tests and term examinations.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of grades and attendance.
Student Support
- Offer extra help sessions for students needing additional guidance in English.
- Encourage participation in co‑curricular activities such as debates, elocution and creative writing contests.
Coordination / Administration
- Collaborate with senior teachers and department head to align teaching practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET qualification is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level.
Salary
- Rs.12,000 – Rs.20,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
