English (NTT) Vacancy in Kanina, Mahendragarh, Haryana
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Kanina
Job Description
Job Overview
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Kanina is looking for an NTT English Teacher to join its digitally equipped classrooms. The school integrates smart boards, Google Classroom, and a school LMS to deliver English lessons that combine traditional methods with digital tools. Candidates should be comfortable teaching young learners in a blended environment and managing online as well as offline resources effectively.
Teaching Approach
Lessons are planned using the school’s LMS where weekly English themes are uploaded with audio-visual aids. Smart boards are used daily for phonics drills, sight word games, and story-telling sessions. Google Classroom assignments supplement in-class work so students practice reading, writing, and speaking beyond school hours. Blended learning is the norm, not the exception, in every NTT English class at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Kanina.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare daily English lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum and upload them to the LMS before 8:00 AM. Operate smart boards to display interactive phonics charts, picture cards, and sentence builders during circle time. Conduct Google Classroom quizzes on sight words and simple sentences every Tuesday and Friday.
Mark daily attendance in the school app and update parents through SMS alerts within two hours of class. Create audio recordings of short stories and poems for students to listen to at home via the LMS. Use digital flashcards on the smart board to reinforce grammar rules after each story session. Organize virtual reading corners where students record themselves reading aloud and upload the videos to the LMS.
Grade weekly writing assignments submitted through Google Classroom and provide audio feedback instead of written comments. Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot basic LMS access issues reported by parents or students.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with three years of English teaching experience in pre-primary or primary sections are eligible. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET is not required but will be considered during selection. Experience in using smart boards and Google Classroom is preferred.
Skills We Value
Fluency in digital literacy—creating PDFs, recording audio, editing simple videos for storytelling. Comfort with school LMS navigation, uploading assignments, and managing student accounts. Ability to explain basic tech steps to parents during pick-up time if needed.
What You Get
Monthly salary between Rs.18,000 and Rs.25,000 based on experience and qualifications. In-house training on new LMS features and smart board tools provided twice a year. Access to digital content library updated every term for lesson enrichment.
