Your students will range from those who require additional support to those who are advanced and need challenging material. You will be teaching English to students in classes 9 to 12.
Key Responsibilities
As a PGT English Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence
* Conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
* Providing individualized support to students who require additional help
* Preparing and administering quizzes, tests, and exams
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
* Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures
