Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various age groups.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Use technology to enhance the learning experience and facilitate online resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- A graduate degree in English Literature or a related field.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed or other equivalent teaching certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PRT English Teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to Have:
- TET/CTET certification (not required but preferred).
- Experience working with students of different age groups and abilities.
- Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools and resources.
