Assessment and Student Growth

Feedback sessions will help identify learning gaps and guide students toward improvement. Your role includes maintaining grade books and documenting student performance to support academic tracking.
Student Engagement and Mentorship
Beyond academics, you’ll foster a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore English beyond the classroom. This includes organizing cultural events, debates, or literary clubs to boost creativity and confidence. Mentoring younger students and providing guidance on language skills will also be part of your responsibilities.
Administrative Coordination
You may assist in coordinating English-related activities, such as school events or inter-house competitions.
