Gd Goenka International School is looking for a dedicated Career Counsellor to guide students toward their future paths. The role focuses on career planning, college admissions, and skill development workshops within the school community. This is a full‑time leadership position that shapes the long‑term success of our students.
What You Will Do
1. Design and conduct career guidance sessions for students across grades.
2. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and external counsellors to create individualized plans.
3. Organize college fairs, industry talks, and skill‑based workshops.
4. Maintain a database of student progress and counseling outcomes.
5. Advise students on higher education options, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.
6. Collaborate with school leadership to align career programs with academic goals.
7. Analyze trends in student aspirations and report insights to the administration.
8. Ensure compliance with state counseling guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and online counseling platforms.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this non‑teaching role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
