3. Oversee the planning and execution of dance events, performances, and competitions.
4. Manage the dance program budget, including procurement of dance equipment and resources.
5. Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement dance-related policies and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including dance schools, colleges, and organizations.
7. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the dance program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
8. Provide guidance and support to dance staff and students to ensure their growth and development.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong leadership background, preferably in an educational setting. A graduate degree and 3 years of experience in a related field are essential. Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree will be preferred. Experience in dance administration, staff management, and event planning will be highly regarded.
