About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement dance curriculum for students
- Conduct regular dance classes, workshops, and events
- Develop and maintain ties with local dance communities and organizations
- Oversee logistics and budgeting for dance-related activities
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate dance into broader school curriculum
- Supervise and mentor dance instructors and assistants
- Evaluate and assess student progress in dance
- Represent the school in dance-related events and competitions
- Maintain dance facilities, equipment, and supplies
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have a graduate degree and 3 years of experience in dance administration or leadership. Preference will be given to those with TET/CTET certification and experience working in schools.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students, teachers, and staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in local languages and dialects (Hindi, Magahar, local dialects)
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and other perks as per school policy.
