Qualification

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage the music department’s daily operations at Sanjay Ghodawat International School | Belagavi, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, resources, and events. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting for instruments, maintaining inventory, and liaising with external music academies for workshops and performances.
The role involves planning and executing school-wide cultural programs, concerts, and festivals, working closely with the principal and senior staff to align activities with the institution’s educational vision. You will also mentor junior staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives within the department.
Additional duties include preparing reports on departmental outcomes, handling parent and community inquiries related to music activities, and ensuring compliance with state education regulations. The incumbent will contribute to policy formulation for extracurricular activities and help integrate music into the broader school curriculum.
Salary
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
