IIT Chemistry Teacher Job in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka | School Recruitment
Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions Bengaluru invites applications for a full-time IIT Chemistry Teacher in Bengaluru Urban. Suitable candidates with a strong background in Chemistry and IIT-JEE preparation will be considered.
What you will do
Prepare and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with IIT-JEE syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.
Create weekly and monthly teaching plans covering NCERT and advanced IIT Chemistry topics.
Conduct regular problem-solving sessions and mock tests for competitive exam readiness.
Monitor student progress through periodic assessments and provide personalized feedback.
Organize practical sessions and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
Collaborate with other faculty to align teaching methods across the department.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and growth.
Attend curriculum review meetings and contribute to syllabus enhancements.
Engage in co-curricular activities like science fairs and Olympiad preparations.
What you need
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with minimum 4 years of teaching experience.
Experience in coaching students for IIT-JEE Chemistry is mandatory.
Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital classrooms.
Prior experience in reputed IIT coaching institutions is an advantage.
Skills that matter
Strong conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
Ability to simplify complex topics for competitive exam preparation.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Skill in designing practice papers and test series for IIT-JEE.
Patience and motivation to work with high-ability students.
