3. Collaborate with teachers to identify and address special needs of students.
4. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
5. Develop and maintain a safe and supportive school environment.
6. Provide crisis intervention and emergency support services as needed.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and counselling services.
8. Stay updated on best practices in school counselling and apply them in the school's context.
Required Qualifications
To be a successful Psychological Counsellor at Mary Mount Public School Kattachira, you should possess the following:
- A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in school counselling or a related field.
