Assessment and feedback
Design formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
Classroom management
Create a positive learning atmosphere, manage classroom behavior, and promote inclusive participation.
Professional development
Engage in continuous learning through workshops, peer observations, and curriculum updates to enhance instructional quality.
Student support
Identify learning gaps, offer targeted interventions, and coordinate with parents and support staff to address individual needs.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree required; B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. TET/CTET certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English teaching methodologies and familiarity with modern educational technology are essential.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
