Responsibilities
Teach Computer Science to students from Class 9 to 12, covering core subjects like Java, Python, C++, and basic networking. Develop and implement interactive lesson plans aligned with the Maharashtra State Board curriculum. Conduct practical sessions, coding workshops, and project-based learning to enhance hands-on skills. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including assignments, exams, and practical demonstrations. Collaborate with the school’s technology department to integrate modern tools and resources into teaching.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a postgraduate qualification in Computer Applications or Education. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for the TGT position in Maharashtra schools. Gain at least four years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a relevant subject. Demonstrate expertise in teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student engagement. Familiarity with educational software and digital teaching aids is a plus.
