For this role, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with 55% or above marks. A NET/SET qualification is mandatory, though a Ph.D. is highly preferred. Three years of experience in a similar administrative or technical support capacity is essential. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with basic IT systems will be beneficial. Knowledge of educational software and lab management tools is a plus.
