Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR policies aligned with institutional goals and statutory regulations.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and induction for faculty, administrative and support staff.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration and statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC and labour laws.
- Lead performance management cycles, including appraisal design, feedback mechanisms and talent development initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions and maintain a healthy work culture.
- Coordinate training programmes, workshops and professional development activities for staff.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics and budget forecasts for senior management review.
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS and maintain confidential personnel records.
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership with at least 4 years of progressive HR experience in an educational or comparable institution.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian labour laws, recruitment best practices and compensation structures.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office and data‑driven decision making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, management and external agencies.

The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks. A NET/SET qualification is mandatory for academic institutions, and a Ph.D. is preferred but not required. The position is full‑time with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.60,000 to Rs.75,000.
