- Conduct regular safety checks on all vehicles, maintain maintenance logs, and liaise with service providers for timely repairs.
- Manage driver recruitment, training, and performance appraisal, ensuring all drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, and expenses, preparing monthly reports for the finance department.
- Handle incident reporting, investigate accidents or near misses, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians regarding transport queries, complaints, or special requests.
- Collaborate with security and campus maintenance teams to secure parking areas and ensure smooth traffic flow during peak times.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi, with basic proficiency in English.
