Sbd International School in Jajpur is seeking a dedicated Political Science teacher to join its faculty. The role involves delivering engaging classroom instruction, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for higher education in the field of political studies.
Design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring students grasp key concepts in Indian and comparative politics, government systems, and international relations. Engage students through interactive discussions, case studies, and real-world examples to deepen their understanding of political theories and current affairs.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. Collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement innovative teaching methods that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation to ensure transparency and compliance with school policies. Represent the school at parent-teacher meetings and community events to promote political awareness and civic education.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field with at least three years of teaching experience in this subject. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.36,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Jajpur, Odisha.
