To qualify, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for this role. Strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a deep understanding of Hindi language pedagogy are essential.
