The role requires a minimum of four years of teaching experience and a postgraduate qualification in Hindi or related field. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 8, aligning with the school curriculum and state guidelines.
- Prepare and assess classroom tests, assignments, and projects, ensuring accurate and timely grading.
- Develop supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, audio‑visual aids, and digital resources to enhance student understanding.
- Conduct regular classroom and class‑room observations to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Mentor and support junior staff, sharing best practices and instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and school administration to address student needs and academic concerns.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
Employment Details
- Full‑time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
