Millennium World School in Patti is seeking a dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher to join its vibrant academic team. This role focuses on fostering Hindi language proficiency among students through engaging classroom instruction, cultural enrichment, and interactive learning methods.
Plan and conduct Hindi language lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring students develop fluency in grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies, such as storytelling, poetry recitation, and cultural discussions, to make learning enjoyable. Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, projects, and oral evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
Collaborate with the school’s Hindi department to design supplementary materials, including worksheets, flashcards, and multimedia resources. Act as a mentor to support junior teachers or students needing extra help with Hindi fundamentals. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect for diverse learning styles.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in Hindi at the TGT level is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career growth.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment in Patti, Tarn Taran, Punjab.
