What You Will Do
As a PGT Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering lesson plans that cater to the needs of Economics students in classes 11 and 12.
- Utilizing smart boards and other digital tools to create engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assigning tasks and tracking student progress using Google Classroom and LMS.
- Incorporating blended learning strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Providing individualized attention and support to students as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies and plans.
- Participating in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in Economics and applying them in teaching practices.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A post-graduate degree in Economics or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching Economics at the higher secondary level.
- A strong understanding of Economics concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy and experience with educational technology.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.

Salary and Benefits
