Job Description
Pickleball Coach Job in Girwa, Udaipur, Rajasthan is a full-time role with Seedling Group Of Schools, where you’ll guide students in the growing sport while supporting school sports initiatives. The role involves organizing and managing pickleball programs, ensuring safety, and fostering a competitive yet inclusive environment. You’ll collaborate with school administration to promote sports culture, attend matches, and maintain equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting training sessions, drills, and skill development programs for students.
2. Developing and implementing structured coaching plans tailored to different skill levels.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and school policies during practice and competitions.
4. Representing the school at local inter-house and inter-school tournaments.
5. Assisting in equipment maintenance and inventory management for the sports department.
6. Documenting player progress and providing feedback to students and parents.
7. Coordinating with external partners, such as local clubs or sports federations, for workshops or events.
To qualify, you should hold a graduate degree and have at least three years of relevant experience in sports coaching or administration. Experience in managing youth programs or working with schools is highly valued.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with opportunities to contribute to Seedling Group Of Schools’ mission of nurturing well-rounded students through sports.
