PRT Sanskrit Teacher Job in Udaipur, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Narayan Seva Sansthan | Udaipur seeks a dedicated PRT Sanskrit Teacher to inspire young minds with the rich heritage of classical Indian literature. This role involves teaching Sanskrit to students in grades 6 to 8, ensuring engagement through age-appropriate methods while aligning with Rajasthan’s curriculum standards.
Role
The PRT Sanskrit Teacher will design and deliver engaging Sanskrit lessons, focusing on grammar, literature, and cultural significance. Daily classroom duties include lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining discipline. Collaboration with senior teachers to integrate Sanskrit content into broader academic programs is essential. The role also involves organizing extracurricular activities like recitation competitions and cultural events to foster a deeper appreciation for Sanskrit.
Responsibilities
Qualification
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A TET or CTET certificate is highly recommended but not mandatory. Candidates must have a strong command of Sanskrit grammar, vocabulary, and classical texts. Teaching experience in Sanskrit or related subjects is preferred.
Experience
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Familiarity with Rajasthan’s educational framework and experience in working with students aged 11 to 14 is beneficial. Experience in developing interactive teaching aids or using digital tools for Sanskrit instruction is a plus.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits may include a performance-based allowance and opportunities for professional development in Sanskrit pedagogy.
