Music Teacher Position at Cs Academy, Coimbatore
We seek a dedicated professional to lead the music program at Cs Academy, Coimbatore. This role involves hands-on management of the school’s music activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and student engagement. You will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with other departments to maintain consistency in music lessons and events.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering structured music classes, managing student attendance and participation records, and ensuring instruments and equipment are properly maintained. You will also assist in organizing school performances, workshops, and cultural events related to music.
Collaboration with the school administration is key. You will liaise with the principal and staff to align music initiatives with broader educational goals, ensuring they fit within the school’s curriculum and budget. Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues with audio equipment or resolving conflicts among students.
This position demands a graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience in music education or related fields. While formal teaching qualifications like B.Ed or D.El.Ed are preferred, prior experience in music administration or program coordination will be highly valued. Your salary will be competitive, ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on performance and responsibilities.
