Physical Education Facilitator Role at Cs Academy, Coimbatore North
At Cs Academy in Coimbatore North, we seek a dedicated Physical Education Facilitator to lead our school’s sports and wellness programs. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing structured physical activities for students, ensuring they develop fitness, teamwork, and discipline. Your leadership will shape the school’s athletic culture while aligning with academic goals.
You will plan daily and weekly sports schedules, including track events, team sports, and fitness drills, ensuring all activities meet safety standards. Collaborate with sports coordinators and parents to organize inter-house competitions, tournaments, and extracurricular events, fostering a competitive yet inclusive environment. Your role also involves monitoring student participation, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
Maintaining equipment inventory and ensuring proper maintenance is part of your responsibilities. Work closely with the school’s administration to secure funding for sports facilities, equipment upgrades, and training programs. Your expertise in physical education will drive student engagement, health awareness, and overall school spirit.
This full-time position offers a salary of Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 per month. A graduate degree with at least three years of experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education is required. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is not mandatory for this role.
