Teaching Approach

At Delhi Public School, we believe in integrating technology into our teaching approach to make learning more engaging and effective. Our TGT Physics Teacher will be expected to use smart boards to create interactive lessons, assign tasks and quizzes on Google Classroom, and track student progress on our LMS system.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Teaching Physics to students from classes VI to X, using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
2. Preparing and delivering lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities, using technology to enhance student engagement.
3. Using smart boards to create interactive and multimedia-rich lessons that promote student participation and understanding.
4. Assigning tasks and quizzes on Google Classroom to track student progress and provide feedback.
5. Using online resources and digital tools to supplement teaching and learning, such as simulations, videos, and educational apps.
6. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and instructional strategies.
7. Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades on our LMS system.
8. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in Physics education.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.
- Post-graduate degree in Physics or a related field (preferably M.Sc or M.A.).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in teaching Physics to students in grades VI to X.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a salary range of Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the employee will be entitled to a range of benefits, including medical insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
