Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students from Class 6 to 12, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, ensuring effective learning outcomes and student progress.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, facilitating their growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular unit tests and board exam coaching to ensure students achieve academic excellence.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, incorporating local resources and materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum modifications, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- Participate in school events, functions, and activities, promoting the cultural and linguistic heritage of our students.
- Establish a positive, inclusive learning environment, promoting language skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Evaluate student performance and progress, analyzing data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a B.Ed degree, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a strong background in Hindi language and literature, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be given preference.
