Role Summary
We invite applications for the post of PGT History Teacher Job in Ranchi, Jharkhand, at Lady K C Roy Memorial School. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging History lessons to students in classes 11 and 12
- Prepare and administer board exams, including setting questions and assessing student performance
- Mentor junior teachers and contribute to the development of the History department
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Provide career guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in History education and incorporate these into your teaching practice

Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in History (M.A. or equivalent) from a recognized university
- B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university
- NET/SLET/SET in History or a related subject (desirable)
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Ability to create engaging lessons and assessments
- Experience in teaching History to classes 11 and 12
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment framework
