Monitor student participation, attendance, and progress in sports and fitness programs. Organize school-level sports events, tournaments, and inter-house competitions to foster team spirit and healthy competition. Maintain updated records of student performance, attendance, and participation in physical activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during sports and fitness activities. Provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, and overall health awareness to students. Represent the school in community sports initiatives or local events when required.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for TGT roles in Karnataka. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Experience
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in Physical Education or a related subject. Experience in designing and implementing sports programs for school-aged students is highly valued. Familiarity with Karnataka school curriculum and physical education standards is beneficial.
Compensation
