What You Will Do
1. Teach Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard at Adarsha International School, Angul.
2. Plan and deliver lessons to suit the needs of students, promoting a love for Hindi language and literature.
3. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Use a range of teaching methods, including practical activities, group discussions, and individualized instruction.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
6. Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student progress.
7. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from a recognized university. You should also have a minimum of one year of experience in teaching Hindi at a school in Odisha. Fluency in Odia is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience. Other benefits include medical insurance, Provident Fund, and annual leave.
