The Opportunity for an Experienced Educator
We are looking for an experienced PRT Dance Teacher to join the team at Balvatika Bhubanananda Public School in Kendujhar, Odisha. Leadership Expectations and Curriculum Ownership
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Dance curriculum that aligns with the school's goals and objectives
* Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for Dance and a commitment to excellence in teaching
* Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
* Develop and maintain relationships with local Dance communities and organizations to enhance the learning experience for our students
Core Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver Dance lessons to students in grades 1-12
* Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
* Assess and provide feedback to students on their Dance techniques and performances
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and activities
What You Bring to the Table
* Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree
* 2 years of experience as a PRT Dance Teacher in a school setting
* Strong knowledge of Dance techniques and theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills
