About This Role
Delhi Public School Bathinda, a leading educational institution in Bathinda, Punjab, is seeking a highly skilled Admission Counsellor to join its team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. This is a full-time, non-teaching administrative/leadership role.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Manage the admission process from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for parents and students.
2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate student suitability for Delhi Public School Bathinda.
3. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent for the school.
4. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of students.
5. Maintain accurate records and databases of student admissions and progress.
6. Provide guidance and support to parents and students on academic and extracurricular opportunities.
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Delhi Public School Bathinda.
8. Collaborate with the school's management team to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
9. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in any field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed (not required but preferred)
- 3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field
Good to Have:
- M.A., M.Sc, or an MBA degree
- NET or SET qualified
- Experience in managing school admissions and records
- Familiarity with Punjab education policies and regulations
Preferred Skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
5. Strong knowledge of school management and administration
Salary and Benefits
