Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Philosophy. Three years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level is mandatory. Familiarity with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and state-level education guidelines is beneficial. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, as is the ability to engage students effectively in philosophical discussions.
Compensation
